Guaranteed Savings Contracts

Bowen is a leading partner to municipalities across Indiana and the country. Performance Contracting is an alternative procurement method that gives municipalities flexibility outside of the traditional Design-Bid Build process. In Indiana, the code is 36-1-12.5, and is referenced as Guaranteed Savings Contracts (GSC). This legislation has been around over almost 25 years, has been used for hundreds of Projects in the State of Indiana, and 48 of 50 states have similar programs.

Our past GSCs have shown to provide cost savings and schedule reduction through a collaborative approach.
